The Oppertunity
In 2017 LoveLive was rapidly evolving, from a small music video production agency to an international video marketing agency with its own fresh identity. Part of this was developing a strong display typeface that would make LoveLive marketing collateral instantly recognisable.

Large individual letterforms

The typeface was constructed by building a set of three dimensional letterforms. We then took those objects and knocked out select faces of the shape, being careful to maintain the integrity of the form. We wanted to reflect the dimensionality of the agency with it's vibrant client-base in the Music industry so a two tone palette was applied to showcase that depth.

A complete typeface
The solution
The result was an exciting, vibrant and impactful typeface that encapsulated the energy of LoveLive. It became an integral part of the new brand, being rolled out internationally in the UK and the US.
Projects like this can only flourish with collaboration across disciplines.
